Protective Intelligence and Critical Infrastructure are inherently regional: VIP travel is to specific countries, infrastructure regulation is jurisdiction-specific (CISA = US, NIS2 = EU). Selling them globally to a single-country customer doesn't make sense. So scope ladders with tier — pick what you actually need.
| Scope | What's included | Tier |
|---|---|---|
| 1 country | One ISO-2 of your choice (e.g. UK only) | Practitioner |
| 1 region | EU · MENA · ASEAN · Sub-Saharan Africa · Americas · APAC ex-CN | Pro |
| Global | All countries, all jurisdictions, all sectors | Sentinel Team + Enterprise |
| Custom country mix (e.g. UK + UAE + SG) | Pick any 10 countries | Enterprise add-on |
These features make a cheap user account impossible to fake for a 30-analyst SOC:
| Feature | Why it gates enterprise |
|---|---|
| SSO / SAML / SCIM | Enterprise IT requires it. Without SSO, IT won't approve deployment — full stop. |
| Audit logs | SOC2 + internal compliance: "who viewed indicator X on date Y." Shared accounts produce undifferentiated audit logs. |
| API + TAXII feeds | Their SIEM/SOAR needs programmatic feeds. Web UI scraping at scale gets rate-limited; cheap accounts can't get bulk API. |
| Multi-seat with per-user audit | 30 analysts can't share 5 logins. Each needs named access, named audit trail, named permissions. |
| SLA + dedicated TAM | Contractual response times + uptime. Self-serve customers wait their turn; enterprise calls a TAM. |
| White-label / EU residency / on-prem | Add-ons for regulated industries. |
Credit packs
To keep your earned credits spendable, you need at least one paid top-up in the past month. Any pack works — even the £1 Activation pack extends unlock by 30 days. Purchased credits are always spendable without restriction.
This filters bot/sockpuppet credit-farming, captures real payment info (so future top-ups are one-click), and qualifies you as a real customer — without locking out anyone serious. Journalists, NGOs, and lifetime / B2B Sentinel accounts are exempt.

FAQ
Subscriptions and credits — why both?
Two distinct user shapes. Credits fit ad-hoc work — a journalist on a 7-day cyber investigation, a freelancer touching maritime once a quarter. Subscriptions fit power users who need flat monthly cost, saved views, dashboards, alerts. You can switch between them anytime — your earned credits keep working as long as either an active subscription or a recent £1+ pack keeps the unlock fresh.
Practitioner vs Pro — which one is right for me?
Practitioner if you live in one domain (only cyber, only maritime, only one country). Pro if you cross-reference verticals (cyber + maritime + AI for a single investigation) or need custom dashboards. Sentinel Team if you're 3+ analysts in one org. Enterprise if your IT department insists on SSO, audit logs, or API access.
What happens to my earned credits if I don't pay?
They keep accumulating (up to the 30,000 earned-bucket cap) but can't be spent. Buy any pack (even £1) and your earned credits unlock for 1 month per £1 spent. So £1 unlocks 30 days; £25 unlocks 25 months.
What's the £1 minimum for?
Two things: captures a real payment relationship (no anonymous-forever freeloaders), and gates against bot/sockpuppet credit farming. Real users find £1 effortless; bots don't have cards. Journalists, NGOs, and B2B Sentinel accounts are exempt.
Can I buy credits for someone else?
Not yet — coming with gift codes in v1.1.
Refunds?
14-day refund on unused purchased credits. Earned credits are non-refundable for cash (they're a perk, not a transaction). Stripe handles purchase refunds; the credit ledger reverses on refund.
What about VAT / sales tax?
Currently shown without VAT; HMRC registration pending. Once registered, VAT will be added at checkout per your jurisdiction.
